How it works

• If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
• Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
• To request a refund, visit paddle.net and find your purchase, or contact us directly.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your Account page. After cancellation you keep access to unlimited features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund — use the process above if you would also like a refund of the most recent payment.
